PILE CAGE SPACERS
RJM 75 spacer is a durable plastic pile cage spacer providing 75mm concrete cover.
This product is designed to clip onto helicals or rings made from bar sizes 6mm-8mm-10mm+12mm.
RJM 75/16 is a 75mm cover heavy duty spacer designed to clip onto 16mm rebar.
RJM 100 is a 100mm cover heavy duty spacers designed to clip onto 16+20mm rebar
RJM 50 is a 50mm cover plastic clip on pile cage spacer designed to clip onto helicals or rings made from bar sizes 6mm-8mm-10m-12mm
SKID SLIDER SPACERS
We are manufacturers of pile cage skid spacers using rebar
size 10 or 12mm
Skid spacers are designed to be use with prefabricated pile cages or diaphragm wall cages.
They locate the cage into position giving the require cover.
We also manufacture ladder spacers to suit client requirements.
Very robust and available in various sizes.
REBAR END SAFETY CAPS
We stock a range of highly visible heavy duty bar end safety caps designed to help prevent injury from protruding steel reinforcing bars.
COUPLER CAVITY FORMERS
This is our patent pending plastic cone and adapter.
With a thread on one end of the adaptor suitable for connection with a rebar coupler and a thread at the other end of the adapter for connection with the cone for the purpose of creating a cavity to allow another threaded rebar to be inserted and coupled after concreting.
The threaded end which connects with the spacer cone is a standard size to suit any size cone. The threaded end that connects with the coupler is manufactured to suit the size and type of coupler being used.
An extraction slot in the top of the cone is used to remove the adapter and cone leaving a clean cavity.
The adapter and the cone can be reused once removed and we even provide the extraction tool.
Suitable for all types of couplers including Lenton, GripTec etc
