REBAR COUPLER CAVITY FORMER

This is our patent pending plastic cone and adapter.

With a thread on one end of the adaptor suitable for connection with a rebar coupler and a thread at the other end of the adapter for connection with the cone for the purpose of creating a cavity to allow another threaded rebar to be inserted and coupled after concreting.

The threaded end which connects with the spacer cone is a standard size to suit any size cone. The threaded end that connects with the coupler is manufactured to suit the size and type of coupler being used.

An extraction slot in the top of the cone is used to remove the adapter and cone leaving a clean cavity.

The adapter and the cone can be reused once removed and we even provide the extraction tool.

Suitable for all types of couplers including Lenton, GripTec etc
